dozer
self-propelled crawler or wheeled machine with equipment having either a dozing attachment whichcuts, moves and grades material through forward motion of the machine or a mounted attachment usedto exert a push or a pull force

base machine
machine with a cab or canopy and operator-protective structures if required, without equipment orattachments but possessing the necessary mounting for such equipment and attachments
